NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The winner is selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Please read these Official Rules carefully. By entering, you agree to be bound by them and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this promotion.

1Sponsor

The Let Freedom Grow Challenge (the "Promotion") is sponsored and administered by Beat Lynch, Inc., operating the Wealth Compoundry brand ("Sponsor," "we," "us"), 14020 Stream Way #2502, Charlotte, NC 28277.

2Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and everywhere else outside the fifty United States and D.C., and void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, contractors, and team members of Sponsor and its affiliates, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible. Anyone who is a minor in their state of residence is not eligible.

By entering, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3Entry period

The Promotion begins on July 2, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be counted.

4How to enter

Entry is free. To enter, sign the Declaration of Financial Independence for yourself at wealthcompoundry.com/declaration.html during the Entry Period. Each person may enter one (1) time, and each person receives one (1) entry in the drawing. You do not need to post a video, tag anyone, or take any other action to be entered in the drawing.

Free alternative method of entry (AMOE). You may also enter for free, without signing online, by hand-printing your full name, mailing address, email address, and the phrase "Let Freedom Grow" on a 3x5 card and mailing it to Sponsor at the address in Section 1. Each mailed card counts as one (1) entry with the same odds as an online entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received within seven (7) days after it ends. One entry per outer mailing envelope, and one entry per person.

5Optional participation and shout-outs

Posting a video, saying the phrase "Let Freedom Grow," tagging @wealthcompoundry with #LFG, and challenging friends to declare are all welcome and in the spirit of the Promotion. This activity is entirely optional. It is not required to enter, and it does not add entries or improve your odds in the drawing. Do not tag anyone who has not consented to being tagged.

Posting a qualifying video is, however, how a winner can earn the prize bonuses described in Section 6. If your video is posted as a story or other content that disappears, save a copy, because a selected winner must be able to provide it to claim a bonus.

6Prize bonuses

The base prize is fixed. Separately, if the selected winner completed any of the actions below during the Entry Period and can provide reasonable proof, the winner earns an additional seventy six United States dollars ($76) per action, added to the base prize:

Bonuses apply only to the selected winner, only for actions the winner can verify to Sponsor's reasonable satisfaction, and only once per action (except the extra-platform bonus, which is capped at two). Sponsor determines in its sole and reasonable judgment whether a bonus has been earned.

7Winner selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee using a random number generator on or about August 3, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The results of the drawing are final.

8Verification and disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of any entry and to request reasonable proof of identity, residency, and age. Sponsor may disqualify any entry or entrant that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicative, bot generated, in violation of these Official Rules, or in violation of the applicable platform's terms. If a selected entrant is found ineligible or is disqualified, Sponsor may conduct a new random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

9Prize

One (1) winner will receive a base prize of one thousand seven hundred seventy six United States dollars ($1,776), awarded to support the winner's journey toward financial freedom, plus any prize bonuses earned under Section 6. The maximum total prize value, including all available bonuses, is $2,232. The prize is awarded as a single cash payment by check or electronic transfer, at Sponsor's election. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is available except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Because the prize value is $600 or more, the winner must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is paid, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the full amount paid, including any bonuses. Sponsor will not pay the prize until a valid W-9 is received.

10Winner notification and claim

Sponsor will notify the winner within five (5) days of the drawing by email, and by direct message on the platform where the winner participated if applicable. The winner must respond and provide the information Sponsor reasonably requests within seven (7) days of first notification, including a completed W-9, any eligibility verification, and, to claim any bonus under Section 6, the qualifying video and proof of the actions claimed. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may forfeit the prize and conduct a new random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, and this process may repeat.

11Publicity and content license

Except where prohibited by law, by entering you grant Sponsor a nonexclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to reproduce, display, and share any Promotion submission you post, including your video and username, across Sponsor's marketing channels in connection with the Promotion and the Wealth Compoundry brand. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city and state, likeness, and submission for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

12Release of liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or unverifiable entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

13Platform releases

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. Each participant releases the applicable platforms as follows:

You provide your information to Sponsor, not to any platform. You agree to comply with each platform's terms of service when participating.

14Privacy

Information you submit in connection with the Promotion is collected and used by Sponsor in accordance with the Wealth Compoundry Privacy Policy at wealthcompoundry.com/terms.html.

15Not financial advice

The Promotion and the prize are offered for educational and promotional purposes. Nothing in the Promotion, the Declaration of Financial Independence, or any related content is investment, tax, or financial advice, and no specific financial result is promised or implied.

16General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as permitted by law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from the Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17Winner list

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address in Section 1 within ninety (90) days after the drawing, or email support@wealthcompoundry.com.
